Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Road Salt To Combat The Effects Of Winter In The 2025/2026 Season.

1. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Sale, Successive Delivery And Unloading Of Agents For Combating And Preventing Slipperiness, Such As Road Salt To Combat The Effects Of Winter, In An Amount Of Approximately 600 Mg (Tons) To The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party.2. Minimum Parameters: A) Chemical Composition:• Nacl - Min 98.0%,• So4 - Max 2.0%,• H2o - Max 1.0%,• K4fe(Cn)6 (Anti-Caking Agent) - Minimum 40.0 Mg/Kg,• Water-Insoluble Parts - Max 3.0%.B) Granulation:• Grains Over 6 Mm - Max 5.0%,• Grains Below 1 Mm - Max 50.0%, • Road Salt In Bulk Without Packaging.3. The Contractor Undertakes To Supply Non-Caking Road Salt (Dr) Approved By The Road And Bridge Research Institute In Warsaw Stating Its Suitability For Winter Road Maintenance. 4. The Contractor Will Make Deliveries With Its Own Means Of Transport, Including Loading And Unloading To The Ordering Partys Headquarters Within No Longer Than 48 Hours (In Accordance With The Contractors Offer) From The Date Of Submitting The Request By Phone, Fax Or E-Mail.5. Deliveries Will Be Made Successively Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party, At A Time Not Less Than 25 Mg (Tons).6. The Ordering Party Also Reserves The Right To Collect Road Salt With Its Own Transport, After Prior Notification Of This Fact To The Contractor.7. As Part Of The Implementation Of This Order, The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Exercising The Option Right Referred To In Art. 441 Section 1 Pzp, Within The Scope Of Which The Ordering Party Envisages Increasing The Provision Of Road Salt Supplies And Transport In An Amount Not Exceeding 30% Of The Basic Order Covered By This Order.8. Both With Respect To The Scope Of The Basic Order And The Scope Of The Optional Order, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Order Deliveries To A Smaller Or Larger Extent, As Well As To Increase Or Decrease The Quantity Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party (In Relation To The Quantities Specified In The Offer Form) As Part Of The Contractual Remuneration. In The Context Of The Basic Scope Of The Order, The Ordering Party Guarantees The Performance Of 50% Of The Value Of This Scope Of The Order. =
