Tenders Are Invited For Winter Maintenance Of Municipal And Internal Roads And Sidewalks In The Olszanica Commune

4.2.1. Part 1 Of The Order: Winter Maintenance Of Roads And Sidewalks By Clearing Snow And Ad Hoc Anti-Slippery Measures In Olszanica. Length Of Roads For Snow Removal: 10.534 Km, Length Of Roads To Combat Slipperiness: 8.584 Km, Length Of Roads For Snow Removal And Combating Slipperiness: 8.584 Km, Length Of Sidewalks: 0.750 Km.4.3. When Implementing The Scope Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) The Contractor Clears Snow From Municipal And Internal Roads And Sidewalks At The Express Request (Telephone Notification) Of The Village Head Of A Given Village Or A Municipal Employee. 2) Roads Should Be Cleared Of Snow As Far As Possible And The Location Of The Area To The Maximum Width Of The Road. 3) Roads And Sidewalks Should Be Cleared Of Snow After The Snowfall Has Stopped. 4) In The Event Of Heavy Snowfall, At Least One Lane Of Snow Should Be Cleared First And Passing Lanes Should Be Made On The Roads In The Entire Area So That The Entire Area Is Passable. 5) In The Event Of Continuous Night Rainfall After 11 P.M., Snow Removal Should Begin No Later Than 4 A.M. The Following Day Without Calling The Ordering Party. 6) In The Event Of Long-Term Snowfall, The Order Of Snow Removal From The Roads Will Be Agreed With The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party May, At Any Time Of The Day Or Night, Order (By Phone) The Removal Of Snow From Selected Sections Of Roads In A Given Village.7) The Width Of The Road To Be Cleared Should Not Be Smaller Than The Width Of The Road, And In The Event Of Difficult Weather Conditions, Only One Lane Of Snow Should Be Cleared And Passing Areas Should Be Made In Visible Places Adapted For This Purpose. 8) Snow Removal From Roads Should Be Performed In Accordance With The 5Th And 6Th Snow Removal Standard, Within The Available Financial Resources.9) The Ordering Party Allows For Changes In The Quantitative Scope Of The Subject Of The Order During The Execution Of The Contract - Especially Taking Into Account The Performance Of The Snow Removal Service In Months Other Than Those Indicated In The Tender Specifications.10) The Time To Commence The Service Cannot Be More Than 2 Hours. From The Moment Of Reporting. 11) The Ordering Party Requires Registered Equipment (In Accordance With Road Traffic Law) Adapted To Clearing Snow From Roads With A Current Technical Inspection And Third Party Liability Insurance. 12) The Means Of Transport Offered By The Contractor Should Meet The Ordering Partys Requirements Specified In The Swz And The Technical Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31, 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment (I.E.
