1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Devices And Equipment For The Task: Strengthening The Civil Protection System In The Jaktorów Commune. The Task Is Co-Financed By The State Budget From The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026.2. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Deliver The Required Devices And Equipment And Will Unload And Bring Them To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party (At The Ordering Partys Headquarters Or Another Place In The Jaktorów Commune Indicated By The Ordering Party). Products Must Be Brand New, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Opz, Free From Any Physical And Legal Defects. A Manufacturers Warranty Is Required For The Delivered Products. Together With The Delivery, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With Catalog Cards, Approvals And Certificates (If Required), Warranty Cards And Operating Manuals. All Documents Must Be In Polish. 3. The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into 3 Parts In Accordance With Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order/Appendix No. 1 To The Offer Form. The Parameters Of The Subject Of The Order Presented In Annex No. 3 To The Swz Constitute The Technical And Qualitative Minimum Expected By The Ordering Party. In The Case Of Proper Or Trade Names, It Should Be Understood That Equipment And Devices With The Same Or Equivalent Properties And Parameters, But Not Worse Than Those Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Are Allowed Due To The Purpose They Are To Serve. If Equipment Or An Equivalent Device Is Proposed, It Must Meet The Requirements Of The Ordering Party In Terms Of Parameters, Quality, Durability And Functionality. It Is The Contractors Responsibility To Demonstrate That The Proposed Equipment Is Equivalent.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Delivery Conditions Is Included In Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order/Appendix No. 1 To The Offer Form And In Annex No. 4 To The Swz - Draft Contract.5. The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Partial Offers. Each Contractor May Submit An Offer For One Or More Parts Of The Order.
