The Subject Of The Order In The Scope Of Part No. 1 Is The Delivery Of A Residential Container (1 Pc.), A Social Container (1 Pc.) And Storage Containers (2 Pcs.)2) The Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be At The Expense And Responsibility Of The Contractor. Place Of Delivery: Area Of The Czudec Commune.3) The Subject Of The Order Must Not Show Traces Of Use, Must Be Brand New, Undamaged, Of Full Value, Free From Defects, Construction Defects, Workmanship Or Resulting From Other Negligence Of The Contractor Or Manufacturer That Could Be Revealed During Its Use, And Meet The Technical And Quality Parameters Required By The Ordering Party. The Equipment Must Be Free From Any Legal Defects, Including Any Rights Of Third Parties And Other Encumbrances And Security Interests Of Third Parties Or Their Property Rights. 4) The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Detail In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex 4 To The Swz. 5) The Purchase Of The Subject Of The Order Is Co-Financed From A Targeted Grant Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026.
