Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of Basic Training For The Staff Of The Municipal Office And Organizational Units Of The Commune And Municipal Companies In The Field Of Population Protection And Civil Defense, In Accordance With Applicable Law, In Particular: Act Of December 5, 2024 On Population Protection And Civil Defense (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1907), Regulation Of The Minister Of Internal Affairs And Administration Of February 6, 2025 On Training Programs In The Field Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense And Requirements For Entities Conducting Training (Item 162), The Company Must Have A Positive Verification Of The Fire Academy. Scope Of Trainingthe Thematic Scope Of Basic Training Includes Thematic Areas In Accordance With The List: 1) Conditions Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense In Poland, Including Threats To The Local Community And Ensuring Business Continuity;2) Office In The Civil Protection And Civil Defense System - Role, Functions, Tasks And Methods Of Their Implementation;3) Functioning Of The Office In States Of Emergency And During War;4) Preparation And Planning In Civil Protection And Civil Defense, Including Business Continuity Planning;5) Cooperation, Support And Cooperation In Civil Protection And Civil Defense;6) Threat Detection, Notification, Warning And Alarming. Crisis Communication And Risk Communication;7) Assistance Activities In Civil Defense Conditions;8) Evacuation And Means Of Individual And Collective Protection. The Training Should Include Both Theoretical And Practical Parts (Exercises, Simulations Of Crisis Situations, Workshop Work). The Contractor Will Provide The Necessary Teaching Materials For Participants. Training Organization Number Of People To Be Trained: 245 Division Into Groups: Maximum 35 People In One Training Group Duration: 2 Training Days For Each Group. The Training Covers At Least 18 Teaching Units, Including At Least 12 Teaching Units Conducted On A Stationary Basis (With Direct, Physical Contact With The Person Conducting The Teaching Classes). One Teaching Unit Means 45 Minutes Of Training. Form Of Training: Stationary Or Hybrid Form Is Allowed. The Training Includes Theoretical And Practical Classes, With Predominance Of Practical Classes. The Teaching Classes Carried Out In The Theoretical Part Of The Training Are Conducted Using, In Particular, The Conversational Lecture Method. Teaching Classes Carried Out In The Theoretical Part Of The Training May Be Conducted Using Forms And Methods Of Distance Learning, Mixed Learning And Education With Direct Contact With The Person Conducting Teaching Classes Via The Internet.
