The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In Winter Mechanical Maintenance Of Municipal Roads, I.E. Snow Removal (All Roads) And Removal Of Black Ice (From Roads With Hard Surfaces) From Roads Managed By The Mayor Of The Grudziądz Commune. 4.3. The List Of Roads Covered By The Subject Of The Order Is Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 4.4. Estimated Number Of Kilometers To Be Maintained: 7,000 Km.4.5. Description Of The Road Maintenance Condition For Standard Iii Winter Road Maintenance Introduced By The Order Of The Minister Of Transport And Maritime Economy Of October 25, 1994. The Entire Width Of The Road Is Cleared Of Snow. Sprinkled At: Road Intersections, Railway Intersections On Sections With A Gradient Of >4%, Bus Stops (Bus Bays). After The Snowfall Stops. Loose Snow May Remain On The Road For Up To 6 Hours, Heavy Snow And Snow Drifts May Remain On The Road For Up To 6 Hours. The Effects Of Other Atmospheric Phenomena Should Be Removed Within The Following Time Intervals: Black Ice, Frost, Rime, Glacier Up To 5 Hours. From The Occurrence Of Phenomena, Snow Slipperiness For Up To 6 Hours From The Occurrence Of Phenomena. The Ordering Party Proposes That Each Contractor Conduct A Local Inspection Of The Area Of Services Provided.4.6. The Average Annual Consumption Of Materials Is 330 T Of Coal And 100 T Of Salt. 4.7. The Contractor Will Perform The Service Depending On The Needs And Severity Of Weather Conditions Immediately After Receiving The Telephone Notification. The Contractor Will Provide A Contact Telephone Number, Which The Ordering Party Will Make Available To The Residents Of The Commune. 4.8. The Ordering Party Informs That In The Winter Season 2024/2025: 1) 297.7 Km Of Roads Were Cleared Of Snow; 2) 4,321.4 Km Of Roads Were Sprinkled; 3) 2,278.25 Km Of Roads Were Cleared Of Snow And Sprinkled. The Expected (Estimated) Number Of Roads To Be Maintained During The Term Of The Contract Is 7,000 Km, While The Quantitative Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract May Be Increased Or Reduction. The Minimum Order Value Will Not Be Lower Than 50% Of The Total Offer Price, While The Maximum Value Will Not Exceed 25% Of The Total Offer Price. 4.9. The Mileage Of Individual Roads Given In Annex No. 1 To The Swz Is For Information Purposes Only. The Contractor Will Maintain Roads Only On Those Sections Whose Passability Is Necessary For Smooth And Safe Communication. The Number Of Km Of Municipal Roads Intended For Winter Maintenance Is Clearly Indicated In Each Case By The Employers Employee. 4/10 The Kilometers Of Roads Intended For Winter Maintenance Do Not Coincide With The Number Of Kilometers Of Individual Municipal Roads Included In Annex 1 To Swz.4.11.
