1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Plastic Bags For The Needs Of Mir-Eko Sp. Z O. O. In Mircz.2. The Estimated Maximum Quantities And Types Of Plastic Bags Ordered Are Specified In Point 4.2. Swz. Due To The Functionality Of The Form, The Table Cannot Be Transferred To The Content Of The Announcement. The Quantities Indicated In Point 4.2. Swz Are The Maximum Estimated Quantities Adopted For The Purposes Of Valuation And Comparison Of Offers. The Ordering Party Is Not Obliged To Complete The Order In Full. The Contractor Will Receive Remuneration For The Actual Number Of Plastic Bags Delivered, Resulting From The Product Of The Number Of Bags Delivered And The Unit Price Presented In The Offer Form. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims Against The Ordering Party For Failure To Realize The Full Value Of The Contract. Pursuant To The Content Of Art. 433 Point 4) The Ordering Party Guarantees The Purchase Of Bags Worth At Least 50% Of The Gross Contractual Remuneration.3. Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Order: 1) The Ordering Party Requires That The Bags Delivered Are Brand New, Made Of Polyethylene Foil With A Thickness Consistent With The Description, 2) The Bags Must Meet The Requirements Of Directive 94/64/Ec Confirmed In The Polish Legal System, Including, Among Others: In The Scope Of Material Recycling (Pn-En 13430 Or Equivalent) And Energy Recovery (Pn-En 13431 Or Equivalent). The Parameters Of The Bags Must Meet The Requirements Specified In The Pn-En 13592 Or Equivalent Standard Regarding Bags Used For Selective Waste Collection In Households.3) Bags Intended For Selective Waste Collection Should Be: A) Made Of Translucent Ldpe Foil, Enabling The Assessment Of The Contents Of The Bag, With A Thickness Of At Least 60 Microns, B) Made Using Technology That Allows The Customer To Tie The Bag After Filling It (The Ordering Party Allows Sting Placed Along The Bag In A Side Fold), C) Cut And Folded Into Packages Of 100 Or 200 Pieces (Joined And/Or Rolled Bags Are Not Allowed), The Width Of The Folded Bag Should Be Min. 37 Cm, D) Should Have Information About The Types Of Waste Collected In Accordance With The Description, The Name, Address And Contact Details Of The Ordering Party And The Ordering Partys Logo, E) The Print On The Bags Must Be Made In A Permanent And Legible Manner, F) All Prints On The Bags Should Be Resistant To Weather Conditions, 4) The Cost Of Preparing The Matrix And Developing The Design Of Printing On The Bags Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor. The Matrix Must Be Made Based On The Data Specified By The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Approve The Template Of The Matrix Presented By The Contractor Within 2 Business Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Template For Approval, 5) Within 5 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With 1 Copy Of Each Bag To Verify Compliance With The Requirements, 6) Deliveri
