Tenders Are Invited For Providing Shelter Services With 24-Hour Meals For Homeless People Referred By The Municipal Social Welfare Center In Lubań In 2026.
The Subject Of The Contract Is Provision Of Shelter Services For Homeless Men From The Lubań Municipality In 2026, In Accordance With The Submitted Offer, I.E. Providing Temporary 24-Hour Shelter With 24-Hour Meals For Homeless Men In A Shelter Along With Providing The Necessary Clothing, Necessary Social Conditions, As Well As Conducting Social Work Aimed At Helping In Dealing With Basic Life Matters, Developing And Strengthening Activity And Independence, Restoring Life In The Local Environment And Independence Of Homeless People.2. Under The Subject Of This Agreement, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Persons Sent To The Shelter With: A) A Place To Stay, B) 24-Hour Meals, C) Clothing Appropriate To The Individual Needs Of The Person And The Season, D) Cleaning Products, E) Cooperation In The Implementation Of The Program For Coming Out Of Homelessness.3. The Estimated Number Of People Requiring Shelter Sent To The Homeless Shelter Run By The Contractor During The Calendar Year Is 10 (Ten) People. The Number Of People Sent By The Ordering Party To A Shelter For Homeless People Run By The Contractor In Each Month Of The Contract Is Not Constant And Does Not Depend On The Ordering Party.4. Due To The Specific Nature Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Number Of People Provided By The Ordering Party Is An Estimate. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Increase The Number Of People Depending On The Actual Needs In This Respect, And The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims, Including Monetary, Against The Ordering Party, Which The Contractor Hereby Confirms. The Ordering Party Allows For An Increase In The Number Of People Referred To In Section 6 Of This Paragraph By At Least 50%. The Ordering Party Pays A Fee For The Stay Of Homeless People In The Shelter For The Duration Of The Actual Stay Of The Homeless People Sent There. 5. If The Ordering Party Does Not Use The Full Pool Of Places Offered By The Contractor, Referred To In Section 6, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Financial Claims Against The Ordering Party In This Respect.6. If The Ordering Party Uses The Number Of Places Exceeding The Limit Of Persons Staying, Referred To In Section 6 Of This Paragraph, The Contractor Is Obliged To Maintain 1 (One) Place In Readiness For The Needs Of The Lubań Municipality.
