Electronic Signature Certification Services – Provision And Operation Of A Public Key Infrastructure For Cooperative Systems. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Contractors Services Relating To The Provision And Operation Of A (Productive And Project) Public Key Infrastructure (Pki) For Cooperative Intelligent Transport Systems Within The Meaning Of Appendices 1 (Service Description) And 2 (Permission Sets For The Pki System), Including Related Services In Accordance With Appendix 1. Within The Framework Of This Contract, The Client Is The Implementation Agent For The Free And Hanseatic City Hamburg, Represented By The State Office For Roads, Bridges And Waterways (Hereinafter Lsbg), And Concludes The Contract With The Contractor On The Basis Of This Order. As Part Of The Introduction Of The Contractual Systems, The Free And Hanseatic City Of Hamburg Has Set Itself The Goal Of Making Cooperative Services For Vehicle-To-Infrastructure Communication Available On The Infrastructure Side And Implementing Them Into Regular Operations. For This It Is Necessary To Sign The Cooperative Messages Sent For Communication Using A Suitable Pki To Ensure Secure Communication. The Related (Service) Services Are The Subject Of This Contract. The Client Is The Contractual Partner Of The Contractor And Is Solely Entitled To Make Contractually Relevant Declarations To The Contractor And To Receive Them From The Contractor. The Lsbg Will Carry Out The Regular Operations In Accordance With Section 3.1. Serial No.: 3 And 6 To Use The Services To Be Provided Relating To The Operation Of The Productive/Project Pki And May Freely Decide - Within The Framework Of The Contractual Requirements (In Particular Within The Scope Of The Agreed C-Its Stations And Options For Providing An Additional Ea And/Or Aa) - Who May Also Use The Services. In Particular, The Lsbg Is Entitled To Allow The Client And Other Cities To Use These Services.
