Tenders are invited for Engineering Supervision and Garden Design Consultancy . MAAN Development Center invites qualified engineering consultancy firms to submit proposals to provide engineering supervision, garden design, and eco-friendly space development services under the above-mentioned project, funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and jointly implemented by MAAN Development Center and World Vision International. Key Notes · Currency & Tax: Financial offers must be in EUR and exclude VAT (the project is VAT-exempt). · Invoicing: Firms must issue official zero-VAT invoices compliant with Palestinian regulations. · Advertisement Fees: Advertisement fees on Jobs.ps shall be borne by the awarded consultant/firm. Submission Format Two Sealed Envelopes Technical Offer: methodology, detailed workplan/timetable, team composition & CVs, relevant experience, and samples/references. Financial Offer: detailed budget in EUR (unit rates and cost breakdown).
