Tenders are invited for Supply, Installation, and Operation Water Pumping System in Hebron Governorate Supply and Deliver Water Pump in Tubas Governorate § Eligible contractor should be registered at the VAT and customs department and has the ability to provide Zero VAT to Action Against Hunger with their VAT registration number and financial clearance certificates. § Eligible contractors can obtain bid documents by sending an email to falashahab@pt.acfspain.org starting from Monday 27th October 2025 at 10:00 a.m (local time of the Palestinian Territory). § The last day to distribute the bid documents is on Wednesday 5th November 2025, at 02:00 pm (local time of the Palestinian Territory). § A clarification meeting and site visit attendance will be considered one of the scoring criteria stated in the quotation request page No.4 to answer any question on the quotation request and it will be held on Tuesday 4th of November 2025 at 10:00 am (local time of the Palestinian Territory). § Eligible contractors should submit their offers in a sealed envelope or by email no later than Sunday 9th November 2025 at 12:00 pm (local time of the Palestinian Territory).
