Expression of Interest For Photographer/Videographer

Tenders are invited for Photographer/Videographer for a Project. The goal of this assignment is to contract photographers/videographers to document the projects visuals contents (photos + video rushes) in each of the four target communities (Choueifat, Muhammara, Saida, and Qab Elias) and in Beirut, as well as edit and produce the projects videos (summary videos and a final documentary) that showcases the projects achievements, youth engagement, and overall impact within their respective communities. Specifically, the assignment will involve: -Capturing high-quality photos and videos of meetings, group discussions, training workshops, and various communal events (e.g., football matches, strolls, film screenings, theatre performances), as well as the final closing event. -Covering activities through photos and videos in the four target areas, in addition to national-level events. -Delivering both raw and edited materials, including categorized and edited digital photos. -Producing short thematic videos and reels for social media, as well as a final documentary video that showcases the projects achievement, youth engagement, and impact. -Ensuring gender-sensitive and culturally appropriate representation in all materials. -Adhering to EU visibility and branding guidelines. -Committing to consistent coverage throughout the full duration of the project. This assignment will require between 3 and 5 working days in each area, totaling approximately 19 days. The projects activity calendar will be shared in advance with all selected contractors.
