Quotation are invited for Provision of Microsoft 365 Configuration, Deployment, Adoption, and Change-Management Services for 202 Sat Users 4. SCOPE OF WORK The engagement scope encompasses five core workstreams to be executed over six months: 4.1 Environment Assessment and Planning Review the current Microsoft 365 tenant, license allocation, and usage analytics for 202 users. Identify redundant or under-utilised services and propose optimisation actions. Assess the current security and compliance posture and provide recommendations. Develop a deployment roadmap including milestones, roles, and dependencies. 4.2 Configuration and Deployment of Microsoft 365 Workloads Configure and optimise Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business. Implement Intune for endpoint management (laptops and mobile devices). Configure Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) for identity and access control. Deploy Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Defender for Endpoint, and Conditional Access Policies. Enable Power BI dashboards to track adoption, licensing, and system health. Document all configuration settings and change logs. 4.3 Security, Governance, and Compliance Enablement Enable and tune Microsoft Purview for Data Loss Prevention, Information Protection, and Data Classification. Configure auditing, retention, and eDiscovery to enhance compliance. Apply role-based access control and secure-score optimisation. Establish governance documentation (policies, naming conventions, usage standards). Provide SAT with a Security and Compliance Baseline Report upon completion. 4.4 Training, Adoption, and Change-Management Conduct user-segmented training for 202 staff members through online or hybrid sessions. Establish a Microsoft 365 Champions Programme within SAT to sustain adoption. Provide Train-the-Trainer sessions for ICT and business champions. Deliver tailored guides, video tutorials, and quick-reference materials. Track adoption metrics (usage rates, active users, collaboration indicators). 4.5 Project Management and Reporting Develop a detailed project plan that aligns deliverables with SAT governance cycles. Appoint a dedicated Project Manager to coordinate all activities and reporting. Conduct weekly progress updates and monthly steering-committee reviews.
