Work Of This Contract Comprises The Following:.1 Replacement Of Roofing System And Associated Flashing..2 Modifications To Perimeter Parapets Including Cladding..3 Installation Of New Air Conditioning Unit..4 Removal And Replacement Of External Ladder Access.The Intent Of This Request For Proposals (“Rfp”) Is To Solicit And Receive Formal Offers From Prospective Proponents For The Provision Of Fixed Price Construction Services For The Calgary Wood’S Home Roof Replacement Project (“Project”).The Work Includes The Removal And Replacement Of The Existing Roof System And Flashings To The Level Of The Existing Vapour Retarder. The New System Shall Incorporate Fully Tapered Insulation, Coverboard, Parapet Modifications, Replacement Of An Air Conditioning Unit, A New Roof Access Ladder, And New Metal Counter Flashings.Each Proposal Must Include The Following Information And Documentation Required To Comply With The Mandatory Requirements Of This Rfp:A) Signed Financial Proposal Submission Form;B) Signed Declaration Set Out In Schedule B (Declaration);C) A Bid Bond Proposals Should Be Submitted As Three Separate Files In The Manner Set Out Below:A) Package #1: Technical Submission:I. This Package Should Include: (1) The Information And Documentation Requested In The Technical Proposal Submission Form; And (2) The Signed Declaration In Schedule B (Declaration).Ii. This Package Should Have The File Name “Technical Submission”.Iii. This Package Should Not Include Any Financial Information.B) Package #2: Financial Submission:I.
