The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Carry Out Project Management Missions For Demolition / Deconstruction / Asbestos Removal / Lead Removal Operations Carried Out On The Territory Of Paris La Défense. The Holder May Be Entrusted With All Or Part Of The Project Management Missions, Provided For By The Mop Law And Integrated Into The Public Procurement Code (Articles L.2410-1 To L.2422-13 And R.2431-1 To R.2431-37): - Ep: Preliminary Studies - Avp: Preliminary Project - Pro: Project Studies - Act: Assistance With Works Contracts - Visa: Visa (Compliance Examination) - Det: Directorate For The Execution Of Works - Aor: Assistance With Reception Operations As Part Of This Contract, The Holder Will Notably Be Responsible For The Project Management Of Demolition Work Consisting Of: - The Dismantling Of Assets And The Logging Of Networks (In Liaison With The Concessionaires); - Asbestos Removal Of Property Before Demolition (Specifications For Diagnostics Before Work, Development Of Specifications For Implementing Asbestos Removal, Monitoring Of The Definition And Implementation Of The Removal Plan Carried Out By The Company); - Removal Of Waste Present And Tanks Buried Or Not (Fuel Tanks, Septic Tanks, Etc.) On The Perimeter Of The Operation Before Demolition And Taking Into Account The Particularities Of Each (Toxicity, Recyclability, Etc.); - The Complete Demolition Of The Assets (Walls, Partitions, Ceilings, Foundations, Etc.) - The Removal Of All Demolition Waste And Their Disposal In An Approved Landfill With Traceability Monitoring; - The Production Of A General Modeling Of The Land Linked To The Project In Order To Give A Clean Appearance; - Clearing Of Plants; - The Installation Of A Fence After Completion Of The Work; - The Reinforcement Of Third-Party Works; - Carrying Out A Products, Equipment, Materials And Waste (Pemd) Diagnosis.
