The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Delivery Of 18 (Eighteen) Diesel Shunting Locomotives Under The Conditions Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz, With Parameters Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz), Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz And Consistent With The Contractors Offer; 2) Training Of Persons Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Scope Of Their Operation, As Well As Delivery Of Layettes. 2. Detailed Requirements Regarding The Order Are Included In The Swz And Annexes To The Swz, Which Constitute Its Integral Part.
