This Consultation Aims To Award A Multi-Awardee Framework Agreement For The Purpose Of Maintenance And Plumbing Work For The Operation Of The Grandlyon Habitat Assets. This Contract Constitutes: A Multi-Awardee Framework Agreement Governed By Articles L.2125-1; R.2162-2 Paragraph 2; R.2162-4 To R.2162-6; R.2162-13 And R.2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code. This Framework Agreement Sets Out The Contractual Stipulations In A Firm Manner And Will Be Executed As And When Required By The Conclusion Of Subsequent Contracts And/Or The Issuance Of Purchase Orders According To The Terms Defined In This Framework Agreement. - Subsequent Contracts Concluded On The Basis Of This Framework Agreement Concern The Carrying Out Of “Major Maintenance” Operating Works And/Or “Major Investment Works”, On Grandlyon Habitat Residences, For Major Works (> 10,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax) And Highly Technical Works. - The Purchase Orders Placed Concern The Carrying Out Of Routine Maintenance Operating Work (Troubleshooting And Work Before Relocation) And/Or “Major Maintenance” Of Grand Lyon Habitat Residences, For Routine Maintenance Work Not Falling Within The Scope Of The Subsequent Contracts Defined Above. These Services Will Be Ordered By Issuing A Purchase Order As And When Required. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded With A Minimum And Maximum Of 3 Companies For The Entire Framework Agreement. A Framework Agreement With A Revisable Unit Price Will Be Awarded, Entrusted To A Single Company Or A Group. The Amount Over The Total Duration (Including Renewal), I.E. 3 Years, Is: Without Minimum And Maximum Amount: 5,400,000 Euro(S) Excluding Vat In The Event Of A Group Application, The Representative Of The Group Must Be In Solidarity With Each Of The Members Of The Group
