The Subject Of The Contract Will Also Include The Delivery Of Draft Codification Data For The Goods Subject To The Contract In Accordance With Stanag 4177 And According To Act No. 11/2004 Coll. On Defense Standardization, Codification And State Verification Of The Quality Of Products And Services For Defense Purposes, As Amended, And Decree Of The Ministry Of Defense Of The Slovak Republic No. 476/2011 Coll. Which Establishes Details On The Methodology For Processing Draft Codification Data, On Software For Processing Draft Codification Data, On Draft Codification Data And On The Obligations Of The Product Supplier, As Amended. Delivery Of Goods To The Place Of Delivery (Place Of Execution Of The Purchase Contract) Will Also Be Part Of The Subject Of The Orders. The Scope Of The Subject Of A Specific Order, Detailed Specification, Specific Places Of Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order, As Well As Other Additional Information Will Be Part Of Individual Calls Within The Established Dns.
