I. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Provide, On Behalf Of The State Treasury - The Starosta Of Tarnowskie Góry, Performing Tasks In The Field Of Government Administration, The Service Of Operating The Sewage Treatment Plant Of The Tarnowskie Góry Chemical Plant In Tarnowskie Góry In The Period From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, But Not Earlier Than From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2027. 2. Service Category: 16. 3. Subject Of This Order Is The Continuous Operation And Supervision Of An Industrial Sewage Treatment Plant With A Design Capacity Of 315 M³/Day Of The Chemical Part And, In The Case Of A Large Amount Of Contaminated Leachate With A High Concentration Of Boron, Also The Operation Of A Container Chemical Treatment Plant. 4. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order And The Description Of The Ordering Partys Requirements In Terms Of Implementation And Acceptance Are Specified In: The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 5 To The Swz) And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Appendix No. 3 To The Swz). 5. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Guarantee (And Warranty) For The Completed Subject Of The Order For A Period Of 24 Months, Counting From January 1, 2028. 6. The Ordering Party Requires Employment By The Contractor, Subcontractor Or Further Subcontractor Under An Employment Contract Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, As Amended) In The Scope Of Fulfilling The Order Of Persons Performing Activities Involving Physical Operation Of The Sewage Treatment Plant, I.E. People Performing The Duties Of A Mechanic, Technological Process Dispatcher And Supervisor, I.E. The Manager Of The Sewage Treatment Plant. The Ordering Party Requires That The Sewage Treatment Plant Manager Must Have A University Degree And At Least 3 Years Of Experience In Operating And Supervising/Managing Wastewater Treatment Technology. 7. The Essential Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract Specify The Rules For Documenting The Employment Of Such Persons, The Employers Rights And The Contractors Obligations In Terms Of Monitoring The Implementation Of The Above Obligation. 8. The Contractor Is Expected To Carefully Read The Specification Of The Terms Of The Order, As Well As To Make A Site Visit To The Treatment Plant And Become Familiar With The Operational Conditions Of All Facilities. 9. The Contractor Is Obliged To Replace Or Reconstruct Elements Of The Sewage Treatment Plant (The High Standard Of The Replaced Elements Required By The Ordering Party Is Maintained), Including Technological And Measuring Devices That Have Become Worn Out During The Normal Operation And Operation Of The Sewage Treatment Plant, Preventing Their Further Normal (Proper) Functioning, The One-Off Value Of Which Is At Least Pln 3,500 Gross. Ii.1.Order Provides For The Possibility Of Changes Contracts, Especially In The Event Of Changes.
