The Subject Of The Public Contract Is: A) Provision Of Mediation Of Telemedicine Health Services In Accordance With § 11C Of Act No. 372/2011 Coll., On Health Services And The Conditions For Their Provision, As Amended (Hereinafter Referred To As The Law On Health Care) Through A Telemedicine Platform That Connects Residents With Permanent Residence In The Territory Of The South Bohemian Region With A Provider Of Health Services, The So-Called Online South Bohemia Emergency; B) Ensuring Mediation Of Systematic Psychotherapy Through A Telemedicine Platform That Connects Residents With Permanent Residence In The Territory Of The South Bohemian Region With A Provider Of Psychotherapy Services. A More Detailed Description Of The Contracting Authoritys Requirements For The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Given In The Tender Documentation Annex (Annex No. 3 Of The Tender Documentation). In The Tender Documentation Annex (Annex No. 5 Of The Tender Documentation), The Contracting Authority Provides The Basic Points Of The Contract For The Performance Of The Public Contract, Which Will Be The Subject Of Negotiations With The Participants During The Negotiation Phase. With Regard To The Subject Of The Public Contract, The Contracting Authority Enters It As A Public Contract In A Simplified Regime, And All Aspects Related To The Subject Of The Public Contract, As Well As Other Conditions For The Provision Of Performance, Can Be Discussed With The Participants During The Negotiation Phase, Which The Contracting Authority Assumes. However, The Final Tender Conditions Must Continue To Meet The Conditions For The Simplified Regime (Ie The Subject Of The Public Contract Must Still Correspond To The Provision Of Health Care And Related Services). The Contracting Authority Chose The Above-Mentioned Method Of Creating A Contract For The Performance Of A Public Contract With Regard To The Subject Of The Public Contract, As It Considers It Necessary To Create A Contract For The Performance Of A Public Contract That Will Correspond Not Only To Valid And Effective Legal Regulations, But Also To The Nature Of The Services Provided And The Experience Of The Suppliers In Providing The Given Services.
