The Waste Collected By The Contractor Will Be Weighed On The Employers Certified Scale. 1.5 The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide An Appropriate Number Of Trips To Guarantee Ongoing Waste Collection. 1.6 The Contractor, No Later Than The Day Before Waste Collection, Will Send An Electronic Notification To The E-Mail Address [email protected] Containing: Time Of Vehicle Arrival, Registration Numbers Of The Tractor And Semi-Trailer, Name And Surname Of The Driver Along With The Bdo Number Of The Transporter. In The Absence Of Notification Within The Specified Period, The Waste Will Not Be Released And The Ordering Party Will Be Entitled To Charge Contractual Penalties In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Contract. 1.7 Each Weighing Of The Collected Waste, Which Takes Place On The Scale Of The Ordering Party Or The Contractor, Will Be Confirmed By A Weighing Receipt And A Waste Transfer Card. The Document In The Form Of A Weighing Certificate Generated By The Ordering Party Will Constitute The Sole Basis For Determining The Weight Of The Collected Waste Between The Ordering Party And The Contractor. Settlements With The Contractor Will Be Made Based On The Weighing Evidence Generated By The Ordering Party. Each Transport Of Waste Collected By The Contractor Will Be Recorded In The Weighing System And The Bdo Register.
