Street-Cleaning And Sweeping Services – Emergency Removal Of Pollution Occurring As A Result Of Road Accidents On Provincial Roads Administered By Zdw Kraków In The Małopolska Voivodeship. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Cleaning Services Related To The Removal Of Pollutants From Provincial Roads That Pose A Threat To Traffic Safety And Convenience And The Elimination Of Difficulties Resulting From Road Accidents, Natural Disasters And Other Unforeseen Road Events On Provincial Roads Administered By The Provincial Roads Authority In Krakow (Zdw Kraków) In The Małopolska Voivodeship - Divided Into The Basic Scope Of The Order And The Optional Scope Orders. 1) Basic Scope Of The Order: The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Cleaning Services Related To The Removal Of Pollutants From Provincial Roads That Pose A Threat To Traffic Safety And Convenience And The Elimination Of Difficulties Resulting From Road Accidents, Natural Disasters And Other Unforeseen Road Events On Provincial Roads Administered By Zdw Kraków In The Małopolska Voivodeship - According To The Scope Of Work Specified In The Ter Form (Basic Scope Orders). This Constitutes The Basic Scope Of The Order. 2) Optional Scope Of The Order: In Addition To The Basic Scope Of The Order Indicated In Point 1, The Ordering Party Also Provides, Under The Reserved Option Right, The Provision Of Cleaning Services Related To The Removal Of Pollutants From Provincial Roads That Pose A Threat To The Safety And Comfort Of Traffic And The Elimination Of Difficulties Resulting From Road Accidents, Natural Disasters And Other Unforeseen Road Events On The Lines Of Provincial Roads Administered By Zdw Kraków In The Małopolska Voivodeship - According To The Scope Of Work Specified In The Ter Form (Optional Scope Of The Order). This Is An Optional Scope Of The Order. With Respect To Both The Scope Of The Basic Order And The Scope Of The Optional Order, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Order Services To A Smaller Or Greater Extent, As Well As To Increase Or Decrease The Quantity And Change The Type Of Services Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party (In Relation To The Quantities Specified In The Ter Form) As Part Of The Contractual Remuneration (Within Orders Interchangeably Balancing To The Amount Of The Contractual Remuneration) Without The Need To Change (Annex) The Contract. This Will Not Constitute Grounds For The Contractor To Submit Any Claims In This Respect. In The Context Of The Basic Scope Of The Order, The Ordering Party Guarantees The Performance Of At Least 70% Of The Value Of This Scope Of The Order Specified In The Contract. A Detailed Definition Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) Constituting Annex No. 1 Of The Swz.
