The Chilean Antarctic Institute, Hereinafter Also Inach, Requires The Provision Of The “Lander” Oceanographic Monitoring System With Real-Time Data Transmission, Which Includes Equipment, Internment And Transportation To The City Of Punta Arenas, Installation And Commissioning In The Chilean Antarctic Territory, Along With A Training Service And Technical Service For Annual Preventive Maintenance. This Project Includes The Installation Of Equipment At Two Monitoring Sites: A Lander System In Front Of Prat Base In Bahía Chile, Greenwich Island; And A Submarine Anchorage In Front Of Yelcho Base In South Bay, Doumer Island, In Accordance With The Conditions Expressed In These Administrative Bases And The Specifications Detailed In The Technical Bases.
