The Subject Of The Concession Procedure Is The Operation Of The Water Management Infrastructure Owned By The Municipality Of Vacov, By A Selected Contractor In Accordance With Act No. 274/2001 Coll. Sewers), As Amended By Later Regulations (Hereinafter Also Zovak) And Its Implementing Regulations, As Well As In Accordance With Other Generally Binding Regulations, In Particular: - Consistently Ensuring The Operability Of The Sewage System, Creating Assumptions And Conditions For The Economical Operation Of Water Management Facilities In Accordance With Those In Force Standards; - Continuous Assurance Of The Operability Of The Water Supply, Reservoirs And Sources Of Drinking Water, Creation Of Prerequisites And Conditions For Economic Operation Of Water Management Equipment In Accordance With Applicable Standards; - Drainage Of Wastewater Through Sewers And Their Disposal, Monitoring Of Quantity And Quality Wastewater During All Stages Of Processing And Transportation According To Applicable Regulations, Regulations Administrative Authorities Or Lessors Instructions; - Ensuring Proper Operation, Maintenance, Repairs And Elimination Of Accidents On Of The Subject Entrusted For Operation; - Ensuring Relations With Customers Connected To The Water Supply And Sewerage Network, I.E. Supply Of Drinking Water And Waste Water Removal From Their Producers, Water Invoicing And Sewerage, Connecting And Repairing Connections Located In Public Spaces According To §3, Paragraph 7 Of Act 274/2001 Coll. And All Services That Are Provided Upon Request Above Listed Customers; - Maintaining The Appropriate Operating Documentation, Which Captures The Necessary Information Intended For Usable For Operation And To Fulfill Notification Obligations, To Control The Scope, Quality And Manner Of Operation; - Ensuring The Management Of The Lessors Property By Carrying Out Technical And Economic Activities, Which Includes, In Particular, Keeping The Technical Documentation Of The Entrusted Property, Water Management Records, Property Accounting Records And Waste Records Economy; - Representing The Owner In Negotiations With State Authorities In Water Law Matters, Issuance Of Opinions And Control Of Investment Activities Of Third Parties, Provision Of Insurance Entrusted Property To The Agreed Extent; - Maintenance, Repairs And Troubleshooting, I.E. All Interventions By The Tenant To Of Water Management Property That Is The Subject Of A Lease That Has No Character Technical Evaluation In The Sense Of §33 Of Act No. 586/1992 Coll. On Income Taxes In Valid Wording.
