1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Project Entitled: Construction Of A Municipal Nursery At Ul. Wojska Polskiego In Nowy Targ. 2. The Order Is Detailed In The Design Documentation Prepared By The Company: Grupa Box Architekci Sp. Z O. O., Ul. J. Baildona 8A/5, 40-115 Katowice 3. Order Co-Financed By The European Union: As Part Of The National Reconstruction Plan, The Active Maluch 2022-2029 Program.4. Other Provisions Regarding The Subject Of The Order: 1/ Remuneration For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order In The Form Of A Lump Sum Settlement, Bill Of Quantities Constituting An Annex To The Swz And Is Of An Auxiliary Nature, 2/ Before Signing The Contract, The Contractor Will Present The Ordering Party With A Material And Financial Schedule Prepared According To The Items In The Table Of Integrated Elements For Approval, 3/ The Contractors Remuneration Will Be Paid Based On The Material And Financial Schedule, Via Partial Invoices Issued On The Basis Of Partial Protocols,4/ All Necessary Materials With Quality Certificates Or Declarations Of Conformity Confirming Use In Construction Are Secured By The Contractor At His Own Expense,5/ The Works Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Design Documentation, In Compliance With The Conditions Resulting From The Technical Standards For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works,6/ The Removal And Storage Of Soil And Rubble Is Secured By The Contractor, Bearing All Related Costs, 7/ The Contractor Will Ensure Safe Conditions At The Construction Site And Its Surroundings, Secure And Mark The Construction Site. He Is Obliged To Cooperate With The Ordering Party And The Management Of The Kindergarten In Order To Coordinate The Works And The Schedule So As To Ensure The Least Possible Impact Of The Works On The Activities Of The Facility And The Uninterrupted Operation Of The Existing Kindergarten Throughout The Duration Of The Construction Works,8/ In Order To Ensure The Safety Of Children And Kindergarten Staff, The Contractor Will Build A Durable And Stable Temporary Fence Separating The Construction Site From The Existing Playground And Kindergarten Area. This Fence Must Be Constructed In A Way That Guarantees Full Protection And Prevents Access Of Unauthorized Persons To The Construction Site,9/ In The Final Stage Of Construction Works, The Contractor Will Perform The Necessary Works On The Premises Of The Existing Kindergarten, Including Works Related To The Reconstruction Of The Playground, Communication Routes And Parking Spaces, In Compliance With Applicable Health And Safety Regulations And Minimizing Inconvenience To The Kindergarten Users,10/ The Contractor Will Insure The Works For Damages That May Occur In Connection With Certain Random Events And Civil Liability, 11/ The Contractor Will Inform The Ordering Party About The Date Of Covering The Works To Be Covered And The Date Of Acceptance Of The Missing Works; If T
