The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Nursery In Góra Kalwaria Along With Construction Equipment As Part Of The Investment Project Titled Nursery In Góra Kalwaria - Program For The Development Of Institutions Caring For Children Up To 3 Years Old Active Toddler - Plot No. 41/2, 40/2 (Part Of The Plot), 41/3, 40/4, 41/4, 40/3 Within 13-02 In The Registration Unit 141801_4 Góra Kalwaria - City, According To The Documentation Design And Construction Permit – Decision No 1613/2025 Of October 3, 2025. 2. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Following Should Be Performed, Among Others: 1) Construction Of A Nursery Building With The Following Parameters: A) Building Area - 1,359.18 M2b) Usable Area - 1,181.95 M2c) Cubature - 7,838.85 M3d) Number Of Floors: 2 Including : - Aboveground – 2- Underground - 02) Construction Of 1 Gas Tank With A Capacity 6.40 M3 3) Construction Of 1 Tank For Liquid Waste With A Capacity 10.0 M³4) Construction Of 1 Rainwater Tank With A Capacity 10.0 M³ 5) Construction Of A Playground6) Construction Of A Parking Lot For Passenger Cars And An Internal Road7) Land Development8) Equipment Of The Facility9) Fire Safety Instructions10) Energy Performance Certificate 3. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain A Permit To Use The Facility On Behalf Of The Ordering Party.4. The Ordering Party Allows A Change Of Construction Technology From Traditional (Brick) To Prefabricated Technology, Provided That The Following Conditions Are Met: 1) Implementation Of Replacement Technical Designs, Agreed By The Relevant Appraisers And Accepted By The Ordering Party, 2) Obtaining The Consent Of The Author Of The Original Design Documentation And Obtaining His Signature On The Construction Managers Declaration And On The As-Built Documentation, 3) Maintaining The Finishing Standard Specified In The Original Documentation, Both Inside And Outside The Facility,4) A Change In Technology May Not Result In A Reduction In The Durability, Technical Parameters Or Functional Values Of The Facility In Relation To The Solutions Adopted In The Original Documentation.5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, As Well As A Description Of The Employers Requirements In Relation To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order And Its Acceptance, Are Set Out In The Technical Documentation (Annex No. 10 To The Swz), The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Annex No. 9 To The Swz) And The Dnsh Rules - Guidelines For The Contractor (Annex No. 11 To The Swz). 6. The Basis For Calculating The Offer Price For The Contractor Should Be His Own Calculation Resulting From The Economic Calculation Based On Technical Knowledge And The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including Design Documentation And Stwio. Due To The Method Of Remuneration (Lump Sum), The Bills Of Quantities Constituting An Annex To This Documentation Are Of Auxiliary Nature And Are Used - Together With The Other Elem
