1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Task Entitled: Modernization Of Traffic Lights At The Romanowicza-Kasprowicza Intersection And Integrating It Into The Its System As Part Of The Task Entitled Construction Of Roads And Bicycle Paths And Development Of Sustainable Mobility Within The Agglomeration Implemented In The Design And Build System, Consisting In The Development Of Design Documentation And Execution Of Construction Works On Its Basis.2. As Part Of The Design Task, The Contractor Will Be Responsible For, In Particular: 1) Preparing Complete Design Documentation Necessary To Obtain A Building Permit Or Reporting Construction Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit And Implementing Construction Works, Including In Particular: - Construction And Executive Design Together With Arrangements For The Reconstruction Of Traffic Lights At The Intersection Of Romanowicza-Kasprowicza Streets; - Traffic Organization Design Including The Traffic Light Design (Motor And Electrical Part); - Fiber Optic Network Design; - Design For Incorporating The Above-Mentioned Traffic Lights To The Central Traffic Control System (Ssr) Operating At The Ordering Party - Using The Fiber Optic Network Mentioned In The Point Above; - A Project To Implement Cctv Video Monitoring At The Intersection In Question, Along With Marking The Location Of Cctv Cameras And Its Inclusion In The Its System Operating At The Ordering Party; - A Project To Expand The Traffic Volume Measurement And Classification Subsystem Operating At The Ordering Party In Based On Anpr Cameras Installed At The Intersection In Question, Along With Marking The Location Of Anpr Cameras, Defining Measuring Sections And Possibly Extending The Current Database Structure; - Design Of A Subsystem For Counting Cyclists And Pedestrians On Pedestrian And Bicycle Routes And Including It In The Its System; - Design Of An It Network Necessary For The Operation Of Cctv Video Monitoring And Traffic Intensity And Classification Measurements Using Anpr Cameras;2) Agreeing On The Necessary Branches, Among Others, With The Roads And Communications Authority In Tarnów And Network Operators;3) Obtaining All Documents Required By Law, Such As: Arrangements, Technical Conditions, Opinions, Checks, Decisions And Consents Of Owners To Enter The Area, Enabling The Execution Of Designed Construction Works;4) Carrying Out All Tests And Measurements Necessary To Develop Designs; 5) Making An Effective Notification Of Construction Works To Which The Competent Authority Has Not Raised Any Objections Or Obtaining A Building Permit, If Required; 6) Obtaining A Decision On Determining The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment - If Required; 7) Preparing Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works; 8) Preparing Bills Of Quantities And Cost Estimates; 9) Ensuring Authors Supervision To The Extent Consistent With Art. 20 Of The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law, Over The Implementation Of Construc
