Z O. O. In Włocławek, Together With An Instructor And Training In The Use Of The Purchased Equipment.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes: − Delivery Of An Ultrasound Machine With Equipment, Its Installation And Commissioning At The Location Of The Obstetrics And Gynecology Clinic At Ul. Kaliska 104A, 87-800 Włocławek At The Ordering Partys; − Providing Instruction In The Use Of Medical Equipment Referred To In Point 1, In One, Two Or Three Dates, Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party, After Prior Arrangement Of The Instruction Date And The Number Of People With The Ordering Party.3. The Device Is To Be Delivered To The Obstetrics And Gynecology Clinic Located At: Ul. Kaliska 104A, 87-800 Włocławek.4. The Ordering Party Also Requires Full Implementation, Installation, Configuration And Integration Of The Delivered Device With The Ordering Partys It Systems, As Well As Providing, As Part Of The Contractual Remuneration, Appropriate Licenses Necessary For The Correct Transfer Of Data From The Indicated Device To The Specialized Systems Operated By The Ordering Party.
