1) The Subject Of The Order Is To Conduct Theoretical And Practical Training In The Operation Of Unmanned Aircraft (Uavs, Drones) Along With An Exam For 40 Students (Min. 30 Students) To Obtain Drone Pilot Qualifications In The Following Areas: • Operations Within Visual Line Of Sight (Vlos) A1, A2, A3, Sts-01, • Operations Beyond Visual Line Of Sight (Bvlos) Sts-02 Training Is Intended To Enable Participants To Obtain The Competences Necessary To Perform Open And Special Category Flights In The Scope Of Sts-01 And Sts-02 Standard Scenarios In Accordance With Commission Regulation (Eu) 2019/947 And National Caa Regulations.2) Scope Of Training2.1. Theoretical Scopetheoretical Training Should Cover In Particular The Following Issues:1. Aviation Law Provisions Regarding The Performance Of Uav Operations In The Open And Special Categories.2. Principles Of Flight Safety And Risk Management.3. Construction, Equipment And Operation Of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles.4. Emergency Procedures And Response To Dangerous Situations.5. Human And Organizational Factors Affecting The Safety Of Uav Operations.6. Rules Of Radio Communication And Procedures For Cooperation With Air Traffic Institutions (Pansa).7. Data, Privacy And Environmental Protection In The Context Of Uav Flights.8. Mission Planning And Execution – Including Planning Beyond Visual Line Of Sight Flights.9. Introduction To Uav Operations Risk Assessment (Sora/Pdra). Theoretical Training Can Be Provided In The Form Of Access To An Online Training Platform. It Is Required To Provide Training Materials In The Form Of Video Lessons Available To Participants 24/7.2.2. Practical Scopepractical Training Should Include:1. Preparing The Uav For Flight And Checking Its Suitability.2. Performing Takeoffs, Landings, Route Flights, Maintaining Position, Spatial Orientation.3. Simulation Of Emergency Situations And Loss Of Communication.4. Performing Operations In Space With Limited Visibility And In Field Conditions.5. Implementation Of Vlos (In Line Of Sight) And Bvlos (Out Of Sight) Flights In Accordance With The Requirements Of Sts-01 And Sts-02.6. Planning Air Missions Using Uav Flight Management Applications.3) Requirements For The Contractor1. The Contractor Will Provide Its Own Training Equipment (Drones) And The Necessary Teaching Materials. The Equipment Must Meet The Class Requirements For Sts-01 And Sts-02 Flights. You Are Required To Indicate The Type And Quantity Of Equipment You Have. 2. After Completing The Training, The Contractor Will Ensure That The Theoretical And Practical Examination Is Conducted And The Uav Pilot Competence Certificate Is Issued (Sts-01, Sts-02).3. The Contractor Must Be Iso 9001:2015 Certified For Drone Deployment. 4. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Verify The Information Provided By Requesting Copies Of Documents Confirming The Fulfillment Of The Above-Mentioned. Conditions (E.G.
