Provisions Common To All Parts: 1) The Subject Of The Order Includes Transport. 2) Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order May Only Take Place On Business Days Working Hours Of The Ordering Party.3) The Subject Of The Order Must Be Delivered To The Address Of The Ordering Partys Registered Office. 4) All Technical Requirements Specified For Individual Parts Are Minimum Requirements And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. Failure To Meet The Above-Mentioned Minimum Requirements Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Contract, Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law.5) The Contractor Will Organize The Transport, Unloading And Possible Assembly Of The Subject Of The Order On Its Own In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party.6) The Contractor Is Responsible For Any Damage To The Subject Of The Order During Transport Until It Is Handed Over To The Ordering Party.7) The Ordering Party Requires That The Delivered Subject Of The Order Be Brand New, Unused, Not From An Exhibition Or Return, And Have The Required Technical Parameters Specified In Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Was In An Undamaged, Technically Functional Condition, Complete And Ready For Use And Met The Standards Required By Polish Law And Was Free From Physical And Legal Defects.8) The Subject Of The Order - In Each Part - Should Meet Applicable Standards And Have The Necessary Certificates And Approva
