Separate Position 4 With Subject: Delivery Of An Auto-Refractometer For The Needs Of The Ophthalmology Clinic. The Subject Of The Award Of This Order Is Separate Item 1 - Purchase, Delivery, Installation, Commissioning, Personnel Training And Service Of A Whole-Body Osteodensitometer With Body Composition Measurement, Called Medical Equipment/Equipment, With Detailed Technical And Functional Characteristics In The Attached Technical Specification, An Integral Part Of The Documentation For Participation In The Order. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Preparation And Provision To The Contracting Authority Of A Radiation Protection Project, As Well As Provision Of The Necessary Technical Documents To The Contracting Authority In Connection With Putting The Equipment Into Operation. The Equipment That Will Be Offered By The Participants In This Order Should Be Factory New, Not Recycled And Not Used For Demonstration Purposes, And Should Also Be Maintained By The Relevant Manufacturer At The Time Of Submission Of The Offer. The Subject Of This Order Includes The Performance Of The Following Activities: 1. Delivery, Assembly, Installation And Commissioning Of The Equipment, Including The Preparation Of A Radiation Protection Project; 2. On-Site Training Of The Employers Employees To Work With The Delivered Equipment; 3. Warranty Maintenance/Service Of The Equipment For A Period Of At Least 12 Months; According To Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Civil Procedure Code, The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Award Individual Items In The Order Valid For The Individual Estimated Value Of Each Of Them, Provided That The Value Of The Respective Individual Item Does Not Exceed Bgn 156,464.00 For Supplies And Services And The Total Estimated Value Of The Individual Items Awarded In This Way Does Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Order. In This Case, Regardless Of The Residual Value Of The Order, It Is Awarded In The Order Applicable To The Total Estimated Value Of The Entire Order.
