Tenders Are Invited For Thermal Modernization Of An Educational Building And Adaptation Of Its Rooms For The Needs Of A Nursery In Jegłowa

1. The Subject Of The Order Includes Thermal Modernization Of An Educational Building And Adaptation Of Its Rooms For The Needs Of A Nursery, Located On Plot No. 151/1 And 151/2, Jegłowa District.2. The Detailed Scope Of The Works And The Method Of Their Implementation Are Specified In The Documentation Describing The Subject Of The Order, Including In Particular: Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works, Energy Audit And Protective Recommendations Included In The Ornithological And Chiropterological Opinion, Prepared For The Purposes Of This Order And Constituting Annex No. 3 To Swz.3. Excluded From The Proceedings In Question Are Works Related To The Development Of The Area On The Western Side Of The Building, Including The Demolition Of Existing Hardened Surfaces, Construction Of New Hardened Surfaces For Pedestrian And Road Communication, And Stormwater Drainage Works. These Works Constitute A Separate Investment Task And Do Not Fall Within The Scope Of This Order. The Remaining Elements Of Land Development Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Design Documentation.4. The Detailed Scope Of Obligations To Perform The Subject Of The Order And The Rules Regarding Payment Are Included In The Contract Template Constituting The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Within The Meaning Of Art. 281 Section 1 Point 7 Of The Act On Public Procurement. The Contract Template Is Attached As Annex 4 To Swz.5. The Procedure Is Carried Out As Part Of The Following Projects: A) Thermal Modernization Of An Educational Building In The Przeworno Commune, Including The Replacement Of The Heat Source And The Installation Of Renewable Energy Systems, Co-Financed By The European Regional Development Fund Under Priority 2 European Funds For The Environment In Lower Silesia, Measure 2.1 Energy Efficiency In Public Buildings - Other Territorial Instrument Of The Wrocław Subregion, B) Establishment A Nursery With 16 Care Places For Children Up To 3 Years Old In Jegłowa At Ul. Janusza Korczaka 6A, Co-Financed Under The Program For The Development Of Care Institutions For Children Up To 3 Years Of Age Active Maluch 2022-2029 (Previous Name: Maluch+ 2022-2029, Investment A4.2.1 Under The National Reconstruction And Resilience Plan (Kpo).6. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented From European Union Funds And Must Comply With The Dnsh (Do No. Significant Harm (Do No Significant Harm).
