The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works As Part Of The Task Entitled: Thermal Modernization And Modernization Of The Building Of The District Road Administration In Płońsk. 2. Investment Co-Financed By The European Regional Development Fund Under Priority Ii European Funds For The Green Development Of Mazovia For Measure 2.1 Energy Efficiency, Type Of Project: Improvement Of Energy Efficiency Of Public And Residential Buildings From European Funds For Mazovia 2021-2027.3. The Scope Of The Task Includes Insulating The External Walls, Replacing Windows And Doors, Modernizing The Central Heating Installation (Including The Construction Of A New Section Of The Heating Connection In The Ground And Construction Of A New Central Heating Installation), Implementing A Photovoltaic Installation And Replacing The Existing Basic Lighting With New Energy-Saving Led Luminaires.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Document Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Appendix No. 10 To The Swz) And In The Design Documentation (Appendix No. 5. Bills Of Quantities Are Of An Auxiliary Nature. The Lists Included In The Bill Of Quantities Are Intended To Illustrate The Scale Of The Construction Work, Therefore The Bill Of Quantities Can Only Be Assigned The Nature Of An Auxiliary Document. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform Construction Works That Are Not Specified In The Bill Of Quantities, And Are Necessary For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, As Well As The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Construction Skills, Applicable Construction Law, Standards, Occupational Health And Safety Regulations, Fire Safety Regulations And In Compliance With The Instructions Of The Investor Supervision Inspector And In Accordance With The Terms Of The Contract And The Submitted Offer. 7. Description The Subject Of The Order Was Prepared In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 100 Paragraph 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, I.E. Taking Into Account The Requirements Regarding Accessibility For Disabled People And Design For All Users. The Designed Construction Works Do Not In Any Way Worsen The Existing Conditions Of Access To Buildings For Disabled People, And The Scope Of The Order Also Includes The Modernization Of The Existing Entrance Stairs And The Construction Of A New Ramp For The Disabled. The Designed Solutions Will Provide Adapting The Entrance To The Building To The Requirements Regarding The Technical Conditions That Buildings And Their Location Should Meet, And Will Raise The Standards Of Functioning Of People With Disabilities.8. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision By The Contractor Of Construction Materials And Equipment Necessary To Implement The Subject Of The Order I
