1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of Buildings At Ul. Dworcowa 17D In Jastrzębie-Zdrój. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Provided In Annex No. 9 To The Swz - Technical Documentation And Annex No. 10 To The Swz - Bill Of Quantities. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed By The Contractor In Accordance With The Above Annexes To The Swz. 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Performance Of The Following Works By The Contractor In The Buildings At Ul. Dworcowa 17D In Jastrzębie-Zdrój: A) Preparatory And Demolition Works; B) Floor And Wall Cladding Works; C) Ceiling Works; D) Disassembly And Reassembly Of Sanitary Fittings (Partly From Recycled And New); E) Painting Works On Walls And Ceilings; F) Replacement Of External Aluminum Doors; G) Façade Works.3. In Addition To The Essential Works Specified In The Bill Of Quantities, The Contractor Will Ensure The Performance Of The Following Works At His Own Expense: A) Securing The Area Covered By The Works, Implementing Appropriate Health And Safety Measures, Protective Barriers, Etc., B) Relocating Furniture That Interferes With The Scope Of Works, C) Organizing The Construction Site And Facilities, D) Protecting Adjacent Rooms Against Damage During The Works. In The Event Of Any Negligence And Defects, Their Consequences Are Borne By The Contractor And They Are Removed At His Own Expense, E) All Temporary Works, Such As: Cleaning Works And Other Works Not Mentioned Above, Temporary Works Related To The Work Technology Adopted By The Contractor, As Well As Limiting The Execution Of The Task In Accordance With The Documentation And Principles Of Technical Knowledge.4.
