The Order Covers The Performance Of Construction Works In The Scope Of: 1) Thermal Modernization Of The Building, In Particular: A) Preparatory, Demolition And Dismantling Works Along With The Disposal Of Demolition Materials, B) Insulation Of The External Walls Of Segment A (Apart From The Avant-Corps On The Front Side), C) Insulation Of The Ceiling (Arcades) Above The Entrance To The Building, D) Insulation Ceiling Above The Top Floor, E) Partial Replacement Of Windows And Doors, F) Renovation Of The Roof (Replacement Of Some Truss Elements And Formwork Sheathing And Construction Of A New Roofing Felt), G) Waterproofing Of Foundation Walls, Including Floor Insulation H) Replacement Of The Sanitary Sewage Vent, I) Relocation Of The Lightning Protection System, J) Partial Replacement Lighting, K) Drainage Around Segment A, L) Waterproofing Of Ground Floor Walls Using Renovation Technology, M) Horizontal Damp-Proof Insulation Of The Floor On The Ground, N) Vertical Damp-Proof Insulation Of Foundation Walls Using Dimpled Foil, O) Insulation Against Capillary Rising Damp Using The Injection Method, P) Implementation Of Recommendations Ornithological Opinion And Decision Of The Regional Directorate For Environmental Protection In Katowice. 2) Improvements - Reconstruction Of Gravity Ventilation In The Building: A) Preparatory, Demolition And Dismantling Works, Including The Disposal Of Demolition Materials, B) Connecting Individual Rooms To The Existing Chimney Flues, C) Constructing New Chimney And Ventilation Flues And Connecting Individual Rooms To Them, D) Extending The Chimney Flues Above The Roof Surface To A Height Of Min. 1.0 M And Equipping Their Roofs Or Bases To Stabilize The Chimney Draft, E) Installing Pressure Window Vents In Existing Windows, F) Reconstruction Finishing Works, G) Painting Finishing Works Of The Rooms. 3. The Detailed Scope Of Works Was Specified In The Design Documentation, Including The Bill Of Quantities And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, As Well As The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract.
