A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Design Documentation And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works As Electronic Representations Of The Written Form - In A Compressed Zip File). Annex No. 1 To The Swz (Description Of The Subject Of The Order) Contains A Description Of The Construction Of The Entire Above-Mentioned Public Road. The Ordering Party Indicates That The Road Section Of Ul. Chomiczewski From The Beginning Of The Design Study To The One Given In Section 1 Kilometer (Up To Km 0+175.00) Will Be Performed Under Another Public Procurement. The Subject Of This Procedure Is Modernization Of Road Infrastructure In Chomiczewskiego Street In Radzyń Podlaski In The Scope Specified In Section 1.3. The Order Referred To In Section 1, Is Co-Financed From The Government Fund Polish Order: Strategic Investment Program. Pursuant To Art. 310 Of The Act, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Invalidate This Procedure If The Public Funds That The Ordering Party Intended To Use To Finance Par
