The Subject Of The Agreement Is The Performance Of Works On The Investment Task Entitled: Active Playgrounds In The Scope Of Replacing The Surface And Retrofitting The Playground In The Local Government Nursery No. 6 At Ul. Hetmańska 5 In Wałbrzych, In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Stwiorb, Specification Of The Order Terms, And The Contractors Offer. The Task Is Carried Out As Part Of The Ministrys Active Playgrounds 2025 Program. 1.1. Investment Location: Local Government Nursery No. 6 At Ul. Hetmańska 5 In Wałbrzych (Plot No. 137/1 Rev. 47 Podzamcze).1.2.
