Part 1 - Deliveries Of Eggs To The Recipient In The Town (Garrison) Of Olsztyn. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Eggs In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Minimum Quality Requirements) - Annex No. 5 To The Swz, In The Assortment And Quantities In Accordance With The Price Form - Annex No. 6 To The Swz And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 2 To The Swz. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Method Of Execution Of The Order Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Including Annexes). Food Deliveries Will Be Carried Out Successively. Quality Parameters, Required (Minimum) Warranty Period - Are Specified In Annex 5 To The Swz (Pdf) - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Minimum Quality Requirements). The Ordering Party Requires A Guarantee For The Offered Subject Of The Order On The Terms And Conditions Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. Pursuant To Art. 441 Of The Act Of September 11, 2019 Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Exercising The Right Of Option Regarding Each Of The Parts Into Which This Order Is Divided, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting An Annex To The Swz. In The Price Forms, The Ordering Party Has Specified The Basic Level Of The Order, Which May Be Expanded By Increasing The Quantity Of The Assortment To The Maximum Quantity Specified In The Table In The Option Column. The Ordering Party Stipulates That Deliveries Covered By The Option Right Must Be Made Under The Conditions Specified For The Basic Order.
