The Offered Device Must Be Brand New (Year Of Production - 2025) And Free From Physical And Legal Defects. The Offered Ultrasound Device Must Be Placed On The Market And Used In Accordance With The Act Of April 7, 2022 On Medical Devices (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1620, As Amended). The Contractor Is Obliged To Have The Documents Required By Law Confirming The Introduction Of The Offered Device To The Market. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Volume Iii Of This Tor And In Annex 1A To The Offer Form
