1. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 1A To Swz.2. The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Consists In The Successive Delivery By The Contractor Of The Assortment Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party In The Said Swz, In Response To The Current, Successive Orders Of The Ordering Party.3. The Contractor Must Offer To Complete The Entire Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Employers Requirements Specified In The Tor And Annexes And Cover The Entire Scope Of The Subject Of The Order With The Offer.4. The Quantities Of The Assortment (Subject Of The Order) Indicated In Annex No. 1A To The Swz (In The Planned Quantity Column) Are Indicative Quantities Determined On The Basis Of Consumption Over The Last Twelve [12] Months And The Expected Demand Of The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Therefore Reserves The Right To Change The Quantity Of The Ordered Products In Individual Items Specified In Annex No. 1A To The Swz, While Maintaining The Overall Value Of The Future Contract.5. The Contractor Provides A Twelve [12] Month Warranty For The Subject Of The Order.6. The Warranty Period Indicated In Point 3.5.1 Swz Is A Minimum Period. The Contractors Offer May Include A Longer Warranty Period For The Offered Subject Of The Order, But No Longer Than Twenty-Four [24] Months. Pts. 19.2.3. Swz Applies.7. The Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Order Is Counted From The Date Of Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order (Confirmed By A Signed Acceptance Protocol).8. Deadline For Completion Of The Subject Of The Order: Successively For 12 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, Subject To Point. 4.3 Swz.9. Successive Orders Will Be Completed Within A Maximum Of Fourteen [14] Business Days From The Date The Ordering Party Notifies The Contractor Of The Order Within The Period Referred To In Point. 8. The Order Will Be Transferred To The Contractor Via E-Mail, By Phone Or In Person At The Contractors Office.10. The Deadline For Delivering Successive Orders Specified In Point 9 Is The Maximum Deadline For The Delivery Of Successive Orders. In The Offer Form, The Contractor May Include A Shorter Deadline For Delivering Successive Orders, But Not Less Than Two [2] Business Days.
