4.2.1. Part 1 Of The Order - Purchase And Delivery Of Brand New Equipment For Sewage Management: Agricultural Tractor, Front Loader, Trailer, Slurry Barrel4.2.1.1. The Subject Of The Order Includes, Among Others: 1) Delivery Of Equipment: - Delivery Of A Brand New Agricultural Tractor, With The Parameters Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Together With Transport And Commissioning; - Delivery Of A Brand New Front Loader, With Parameters Specified In Annex No. 1 To Swz, Together With Transport And Commissioning; - Delivery Of A Brand New Agricultural Trailer, With Parameters Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Together With Transport And Commissioning; - Delivery Of A Brand New Slurry Barrel With The Parameters Specified In Annex 1 To The Swz, Together With Transport And Commissioning; 2) Providing The Necessary Technical Description (In Polish), 3) Providing The Instructions Required For Operation In Polish Together With The Order, 4) Quality Guarantee Granted For The Period In Accordance With The Content Of §11 Of The Contract And Resulting From The Contractors Offer For The Delivered Products On Terms No Worse Than The Manufacturers Warranty, Confirmed By Separate Warranty Documents Delivered With The Equipment, 5) Documents Necessary For Vehicle Registration.
