The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services In The Field Of Winter Maintenance Of Public Municipal Roads And Municipal Communication Routes In The Barczewo Commune, Including: 1) Clearing Snow From Roads And Communication Routes Using Own Or Rented Self-Propelled Equipment, 2) Removing Winter Slipperiness Using Materials Provided By The Contractor. 3) The Order Covers The Implementation Of Works In Areas Divided Into Sectors: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 And 8.4) The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of An Offer For A Maximum Of Two Sectors.2. Winter Road Maintenance Is Understood As Carrying Out Work Consisting In Clearing Snow And Eliminating Black Ice And Winter Slipperiness On Municipal Public Roads And Municipal Communication Routes As Well As Internal Roads Indicated By The Ordering Partys Representative.3. The Winter Action Will Take Place At The Request Of The Ordering Party And Will Consist In: 1) Clearing Snow From Roads, Streets And Sidewalks, 2) Combating Winter Slipperiness By Sprinkling The Surface With Roughening Mixtures. 4. The Surface Should Be Sprinkled With A Sand-Salt Mixture After Each Snow Removal. Removing Slipperiness And Black Ice First Covers Sections With A Slope Of More Than 5%, Intersections, Road Curves, Pedestrian Crossings And Bus Stops; Secondly, Other Internal Roads.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Maintain The Roads Continuously, Ensuring Passability And Safety Of Users. If Unfavorable Weather Conditions Intensify, The Contractor Will Ensure Continuity Of Services While Maintaining Health And Safety Rules And The Labor Code.6. Snow Cannot Be Moved To Other Roads Under Different Management Or Cover The Entrances To Private Properties. 7. The Contractor Will Provide Materials For Roughening The Surface, Including: 1) A Mixture Of 20% Road Salt And 80% Aggregate (Homogeneous), 2) Sand With A Fraction Of Up To 2 Mm (For Dirt Roads In Difficult Weather Conditions, A Mixture Of Salt And Sand), 3) Natural Aggregate With A Grain Size Of Up To 4 Mm (For Compacted Snow, In Accordance With Pn-B-11111:1996),4) Chemical Agents Intended For Winter Road Maintenance.8. Removing Slipperiness And Black Ice Involves Sprinkling Roads, Streets And Sidewalks With Sand Or A Sand-Salt Mixture In The Proportion Of At Least 60% Sand And 40% Salt, On Sections With A Slope Of >5% Or In Places With Dangerous Vertical And Horizontal Curves, As Well As At The Intersections Of Roads, Streets, Railway Tracks, As Well As Places Within Bus Stops And Pedestrian Crossings. 9. The Works Will Be Carried Out Using Vehicles Owned Or At The Contractors Disposal, Equipped With Equipment Necessary For Snow Removal And Slipperiness.10. The Contractor Is Obliged To Demonstrate That He Will Have The Equipment Intended To Perform The Order Throughout The Entire Period Of Its Execution.11. In The Case Of Equipment Owned By The Contractor, It Is Sufficient To Submit A Declaration In The List Of Equipment
