The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of A Document Entitled: Urban Adaptation Plan To Climate Change For The City Of Siedlce, I.E.: A) Preparation Of A Document Entitled Municipal Adaptation Plan To Climate Change For The City Of Siedlce And Ensuring The Possibility Of Public Participation On The Terms And In The Manner Specified In The Act Of October 3, 2008 On The Provision Of Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And On Environmental Impact Assessments (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1112, As Amended) And Attaching The Justification Required By Law To The Municipal Adaptation Plan, B) Conducting A Strategic Environmental Impact Assessment, Including The Preparation Of A Study Entitled Forecast Of The Environmental Impact Of The Municipal Adaptation Plan To Climate Change For The City Of Siedlce And Attaching The Summary Required By Law To The Forecast. The Document Must Be Prepared On The Basis Of The Provisions Of The Act Of April 27, 2001, Environmental Protection Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 647). In The Event Of A Change In The Legal Status During The Period Of Preparation Of The Mpa, Other Documents (E.G. The Act, Implementing Acts To The Acts, Adaptation Manual For Cities. Guidelines For Preparing An Adaptation Plan To Climate Change. Update 2023) Affecting The Subject Of The Ordered Service, The Mpa Will Be Consistent With The Requirements Specified In The New Regulations. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Procurement Is Included In Annex No. 5 To The Swz Description Of The Subject Of The Procurement And Drafted Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz.
