1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Devices, Software And Training As Part Of The Grant Competition Cybersecure Local Government In The City Of Puszczykowo.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Together With A Description Of The Minimum Requirements Of The Ordering Party, Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Constituting Annex No. 6 To Swz.2.1. Moreover: 1) The Supplied Hardware And Software Must Be Brand New, Unused, Undamaged And Not Encumbered With The Rights Of Third Parties, 2) The Delivered Devices And Software Must Come From The Manufacturers Official Authorized Sales Channel. 3) The Contractor Will Provide Such Packaging Of The Devices As Required To Prevent Damage To Them Or Deterioration Of Their Quality During Transport To The Place Of Delivery, 4) The Devices Will Be Marked In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, In Particular Safety Signs, 5) The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With Operating Instructions For The Devices Or - If They Are Made Available By The Manufacturer In Electronic Form - Will Provide The Website Addresses Where They Can Be Downloaded, 6) For Software, The Contractor Is Obliged To Granting A Non-Exclusive License To The Ordering Party Or Transferring A Non-Exclusive License In Accordance With The Licensing Rules Specified By The Manufacturer. An Integral Part Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz.
