1) The Subject Of The Order Is: Performance Of Energy Audits For Single-Family Residential Buildings Together With Dpae, Implemented As Part Of The Project Entitled: Mazovia Without Smog2) The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of 152 Energy Audits In Single-Family Residential Buildings Located In The City And Commune Of Gąbin. Specific Locations Will Be Provided To The Contractor At The Stage Of Contract Implementation. Number Of Audits To Be Performed By Year: Stage I - 2025 (Until December 15, 2025) - 20 Audits Stage Ii - 2026 (Until November 30, 2026) - 44 Audits Stage Iii - 2027 (Until November 30, 2027) - 44 Audits Stage Iv - 2028 (Until November 30, 2028) Y) – 44 Audits.3) Energy Audit Referred To In Section 2 Is To Include In Particular:  Analysis Of The Current Technical Condition Of The Building, Including The Condition Of Thermal Insulation, Heating And Ventilation Installations;  Assessment Of Energy Consumption In The Building And Indication Of Possible Savings;  Recommendations Regarding Thermal Modernization, Replacement Of Heat Sources And Other Activities Improving Energy Efficiency;  Audit Results: Proposed Actions And Estimation Of Costs And Savings. Additionally, A Summary Document Should Be Attached Energy Audit (Dpae) Prepared Using The Template/Form Applicable Under The Clean Air Program. The Transferred Dpae Must Meet The Conditions For Use By The Future Beneficiary In Order To Obtain Funding For The Above-Mentioned Program.4) The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Energy Audits In Accordance With The Principles Of Environmental Protection, Applicable Standards, The Principles Of Technical Knowledge Using Modern Solutions That Rationalize The Costs Of Construction And Operation, And In Accordance With The Relevant Legal Provisions, Including The Currently Applicable Technical And Construction Regulations, I.E. In Particular In Accordance With:  Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of March 17, 2009 On The Detailed Scope And Forms Of Energy Audit And Part Of The Renovation Audit, Audit Card Templates, As Well As The Algorithm For Assessing The Profitability Of A Thermal Modernization Project,  Act Of August 29, 2014 On The Energy Performance Of Buildings,  Act Of April 10, 1997, Energy Law,  Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of April 12, 2002 On The Technical Conditions To Be Met By Buildings And Their Location.
