The Type And Parameters Of The Units Included In The Delivery Are Described In The Price Form Attached As Annex No. 2.1 To Swz.2. Place Of Delivery: Municipal Office Ul. Rynek 1, 37-300 Leżajsk, And The Civil Defense Warehouse At Ul. Sanowa 34, 37-300 Leżajsk. The Scope Of The Order Also Includes Bringing The Supplied Equipment To The Ground Floor Of The Indicated Buildings.3. The Detailed Scope Of Delivery For Each Part Is Specified In: Price Forms Containing Quantities And Descriptions, Which Constitute The Attachments: • No. 2.1 For Part No. 14. The Minimum Scope Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Is 80%. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Attach Documentation To The Delivered Items, Including User Manuals In Polish, Warranty Cards And Documents Confirming The Compliance Of The Goods With Quality Standards And The Specification Of The Terms Of The Order, In Particular The Description Of The Subject Of The Order6. Equivalent Solutions: In Each Case Of Using The Standards Referred To In Art. In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Or Annexes. 101 Section 1 Point 3 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. When Analyzing The Specification, The Contractor Should Assume That Each Reference Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 3 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law Is Accompanied By The Word Or Equivalent. All Criteria And Features Described In The Standards Determine The Minimum Standards That The Offered Product Or Service Must Meet. The Types Of Materials And Devices Specified In The Tender Specifications And Price Forms Are Given To Determine The Minimum Technical Standard. The Supplier Has The Right To Replace Them With Materials And Devices With At Least Equivalent Technical Parameters, Provided That The Assumed Technical Standards Are Achieved. The Contractor Proposing Equivalent Materials And Devices Is Responsible For Checking The Possibility Of Using Them In The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order In All Respects (Including, For Example: Properties, Dimensions, Weight, Method Of Transport And Assembly). The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solutions He Offers Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches To The Offer A List Of Equivalent Solutions Along With Its Description Or Standards.
