The Ordering Party Informs That Wherever In The Swz And Its Annexes It Describes The Subject Of The Order By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, Its Purpose Is Solely To Indicate The Technical And Quality Parameters Expected By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor May Offer Equivalent Products, Provided That The Offered Products Have Technical And Quality Parameters At Least The Same As Those Indicated. A Contractor Who Offers Equivalent Products Is Obliged To Demonstrate That These Products Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party.
