The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A New Heating Boiler In A Residential Building (Foresters Lodge) Of The Trzebież Forest District - The Foresters Lodge Of The Dobra Forest District, Which Additionally Includes The Performance Of Necessary Modernization Works Adapting The New Heating System To The Existing Installation And Adapting The Boiler Room To The Requirements Related To The Installation Of A New Boiler. The Modernization Includes The Replacement Of The Existing Boiler With Modern Wood Gasification Boilers With Nominal Power Of 25 Kw, Meeting The Requirements Of Pn-En 303-5: 2012, Class 5, Along With The Execution Of Necessary Accompanying Works. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Disassembly Of The Existing Boiler And Capacitive Hot Water Heater. 2) Disassembly Of The 4-Way Valve And Necessary Installation Elements Colliding With The New Technology. 3) Delivery And Installation Of A New Fuel-Fired Boiler Solid (Lump Wood), With Complete Automation, Equipped With: - Regulated Exhaust Fan, - Lambda Probe And Combustion Automation, - Safety Valve, Expansion Vessel, - Return Temperature Protection System (Boiler Pump + 3-Way Valve With Actuator), - Thermal Safety Valve With Cooling Coil.4) Connecting The New Boiler To The Existing One Central Heating Installation (80/60°C) With Necessary Hydraulic Modifications.5) Installation Of A Buffer Tank With A Capacity Of 1000 L, Equipped With A Coil For Domestic Hot Water Preparation.6) Installation Of Pipelines (Soldered Copper And Welded Pp Pipes) Along With Thermal And Anti-Corrosion Insulation.7) Installation Of Fittings: Valves Ball, Non-Return, Automatic Air Vents, Drainage.8) Connection To The Existing Chimney And Ventilation Duct Using Heat-Resistant Elements.9) Accompanying And Final Works: Tightness Tests, Commissioning Of The Installation, Adjustment Of Automation, User Training. Detailed Requirements: The Boiler Must Be Brand New, Approved For Trading And Have The Required Certificates, Declarations Of Conformity And Meet The Pn-En 303-5:2012 Standard (Class 5);Basic Fuel: Piece Wood In Accordance With The En Iso 17225-5 Standard, Class A1 And A2, Length Up To 53 Cm, Humidity ≤20%;Unacceptable Fuel: Coal, Pellets, Waste, Impregnated Wood, Artificial Materials;All Devices And Materials Must Be Of The First Quality;The Works Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With Design Documentation, Standards And Technical Conditions For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction And Assembly Works. The Contractor Is Obliged, At His Own Expense, To Manage The Waste Generated After Dismantling The Heating Device, Including Its Transport And Transfer To A Waste Processing Institution For Recovery Or Disposal, Provided That The Dismantled Heating Device Will Be Taken To A Collection Point At The Contractors Expense.
