1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Supply Of Electricity, Including The Sale Of Electricity And The Provision Of Electricity Distribution Services Supplied To Ros Sp. Z O. O. Settlements For The Distribution Of Electricity Will Be Made On The Basis Of Current Readings Of The Measurement And Settlement Systems According To The Fee Rates Resulting From The Submitted Offer And The Distribution System Operator Tariff, Based On The Settlement Readings Of The Measurement And Settlement Systems Made By The Distribution System Operator, In Accordance With The Settlement Period Used By The Dso. When Submitting An Offer, The Contractor Must Have Concluded An Agreement For The Provision Of Electricity Distribution Services With The Distribution System Operator Operating In The Ordering Partys Territory, Enabling The Sale Of Electricity Through The Dsos Distribution Network To The Ordering Partys Consumption Points, Or Ensuring The Conclusion Of Such An Agreement Issued By The Dso - In The Case Of The Contractor Not Being The Owner Of The Distribution Network.5. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform The Activities Resulting From The Power Of Attorney And Sell Electricity, Hereinafter Referred To As The Agreement.
