The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit To The Ordering Party, At His Request And Within The Deadline Specified In The Application, Documents Confirming The Employment Of Persons Performing The Activities Referred To Above, In Particular A Written Statement From The Contractor Or Subcontractor Confirming That The Contractors Or Subcontractors Employees Are Employed Under An Employment Contract Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code, Taking Into Account The Minimum Remuneration For Work Established Pursuant To Art. 2 Section 3-5 Of The Act Of October 10, 2002 On Minimum Wages (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1773).
